General points on starting

If the battery has been disconnected thevehicle may exhibit some unusual drivingcharacteristics for approx. 8 kilometres(5 miles) after reconnecting the battery.

This is because the engine managementsystem must realign itself with the engine.

Any unusual driving characteristics duringthis period may be disregarded.

Starting the engine by towingor pushing
